POLICIES

Booking & Payment Policy

A signed contract and non-refundable retainer are required to secure your event date.

RetainersDJ Services: $150

Photography Sessions: 40% of total package

Videography Services: 40% of total package

No date is reserved until the signed agreement and retainer have been received.

The remaining balance is due no later than seven (7) days before the scheduled event. Events booked within seven (7) days of the event date require full payment at the time of booking.

Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

Retainers are non-refundable.Clients may request one complimentary reschedule due to emergencies, severe weather, military obligations, or unforeseen circumstances, subject to availability.

Turnaround Times

  • Photography Portrait Sessions: 7–14 Business Days
  • Event Photography: 14-21 Business Days
  • Videography Highlight Reels: 14–21 Business Days
  • Full Video Projects: 21-30 Business Days

Travel Policy

Travel within 25 miles of Bowie,Maryland is included. Additional travel outside the service area may incur mileage or lodging fees depending on location.
